Is a code single-use?

Yes. Each code is used once and applies to the account that redeems it. An analysis code gives 10 credits, a Pro code gives one Pro analysis, and a premium code permanently unlocks the premium sections.

Do I have to sign in?

Not for the first free analysis. For codes, yes — a code binds to an account so your credit follows you across devices.

How is Pro different from a standard analysis?

A standard analysis is a fast core report. Pro works from a sample of up to 150 posts and opens up thinking and communication style, strengths, blind spots and recurring themes, each backed by evidence. Pro reports are private and never published on the leaderboard.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits on your account and the premium unlock stay indefinitely.

What if my code doesn't work?

If an analysis can't be produced due to a technical error, the credit is refunded. For anything else about a code, write to us through our contact channel.

What if I enter the wrong code in the wrong box?

The site tells you. If you put an analysis code into the premium box, the credit is added but premium won't unlock — and we say so on screen.
